An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our residential sales office in Barnstaple as an Apprentice Estate Agent. If this is you please do apply today. You will be trained by a team of industry leading professionals and will after 12 - 16 months become a fully-fledged Estate Agent. Whilst working for the partnership you will complete a 12 - 16 month L2 Estate Agent apprenticeship via approved Training Providers.
The role:
- Prepare particulars using MS Publisher
- Liaise with Vendors and prospective purchasers using telephone and emails
- Arrange and conduct viewings
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for excellent customer service
- GCSE English grade 5+
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A full UK driving licence and daily access to a car
This is a full time role (which will include on the job training and study time).
