The Deputy Out of School Club Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring high standards of care and play opportunities for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the manager in the leading of the before and after school provision and holiday play scheme.
  • Organising the day-to-day management and activities of the club.
  • Supporting, mentoring, and coaching a team of staff.
  • Planning and leading activities to encourage play opportunities and activities.
  • Ensuring adequate standards of safety and hygiene are maintained.

This position is all year round, working term time in the before and after school club and working daily in the school holidays. Hours negotiable. Experience of working in a childcare setting and a full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification is required.
