As an Service Administrator for our Broadcrown Power Engineering division, your key role is to support the Contracts Administrator and Service and Parts Coordinator to complete administrative documentation. The Role will require you to do a range of varied business activities. You will also be expected to cover the Contracts Administrator & Service Coordinator responsibilities whilst on holiday, through busy periods or absence.
- Manage Engineers service reports & fluid samples
- Manage and track all supplier invoices before sign-off
- Timesheet Management & Processing
- Processing of Online Parts Orders
Key skills we are looking for:
- Effective team player
- Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise time and work well under pressure
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- The ability to provide high levels of customer care
- Willingness to help both internal and external customers
- Proactive, flexible and positive can-do attitude
