We are looking for a full-time Out of Area Service Coordinator responsible for out of area customers at our Head Office in Farnham. As a Service Coordinator, the role will involve coordination of all out of area breakdowns that are not within the Greenshields JCB operating area, while ensuring excellent customer communication and service levels. The Coordinator will build strong relationships with the dealer network to treat out-of-area jobs with the same care as in-area jobs.

The role requires a high volume of administrative duties, including:

  • Creating accurate reports for all National Accounts
  • Issuing estimates
  • Invoicing for both out-of-area work
  • Supporting the Service team during periods of annual leave with retail/internal invoicing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all out of area breakdowns and follow up communication with customers
  • Maintaining excellent levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Reconciling or querying sublets to ensure queries and payments are resolved promptly
  • Invoicing all completed jobs, ensuring POs and content is correct
  • Ensuring all FSI’s are booked and completed
  • Ensuring all reports are accurate, managed and distributed as required
