We are looking for a Yard Co-ordinator based at our Farnham depot. As Yard Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for keeping the yard clean, clear and organised, while supporting the Workshop and Foreman with machine movements and general duties.
- Working with the relevant parties to understand machine delivery schedules
- Controlling all transport in and out of the yard at Farnham
- Final check over of machine before it is dispatched to the customer on the designated haulage
- Clean the yard throughout the week and ensure housekeeping is in first class order at all times
- Load & unload machines where necessary
Key skills we are looking for:
- CPCS or NPORS movement tickets essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Basic IT competancy
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with the Service and Sales teams
