We are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join GLT / Wallington County Grammar School and become an integral member of the Administrative team. Greenshaw Learning Trust is a highly successful multi academy trust that provides excellent quality, comprehensive and inclusive education through primary schools and secondary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a comprehensive administrative service to support school staff and departments as required.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries, liaising professionally with parents, students, other schools, and external agencies.
- Assist in the production and distribution of school communications, letters, reports and other documents.
- Assist with the input and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date school records, including student data, using the school's Management Information System (MIS) and other systems.
- Support data entry tasks across various school functions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
