The Office Supervisor leads daily administrative operations, serving as a primary point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors to ensure the smooth running of the school environment. In this key role, you will take ownership of whole-school attendance management, monitoring daily registers, tracking attendance trends, and implementing proactive strategies to support student punctuality and minimize absence. Additionally, you will supervise office staff and oversee administrative procedures, collaborating closely with teachers and senior leaders to foster a safe, welcoming, and well-organized school community. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to become involved in all aspects of school life.
- Ability to delegate daily tasks, coordinate reception desk coverage during peak hours (drop-off/pick-up), and maintain smooth office workflow.
