Our central Shared Services teams play a vital role in supporting the success of every school within the Greenshaw Learning Trust. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Estates Manager to join our Trust-wide support team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent, inclusive education. This role offers the opportunity to work across our schools in the South West region, with a base in Gloucester. You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where we thrive on sharing ideas and mutual support.
About the role: As a Regional Estates Manager, you will provide expert support in developing and delivering the GLT estates strategy. This role is key to ensuring that our schools are safe, compliant, and well-equipped to focus on teaching and learning.
- Leading and inspiring site managers and school teams across the South West.
- Managing regional contracts and technical performance to ensure high standards and value for money.
- Overseeing strategic estate management, including budgeted site development plans and building condition surveys.
- Ensuring full statutory compliance and health and safety excellence through regular audits and risk assessments.
- Driving sustainability through energy efficiency initiatives and green technologies.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a professional qualification in Estates Management (or equivalent experience) and ideally is NEBOSH/IOSH qualified.
- Brings proven management experience, including leading teams and overseeing complex budgets.
- Is an expert in contract management, health and safety, and project delivery.
- Is a collaborative communicator capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders and sharing our values of continuous improvement.
- Possesses a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel across Trust sites.
