Greenshaw Learning Trust is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Wood Field Primary to support learning through targeted interventions and collaboration with teachers. You will deliver one-to-one and small-group support, focusing on phonics, literacy and numeracy within SEN frameworks. Strong communication with families and staff is essential as part of a holistic approach to pupil progress. You will work closely with the SENCo to monitor progress against EHCPs/IEPs, adapt provisions.
