Our central Shared Services team plays a vital role in supporting the success of every school within the Greenshaw Learning Trust. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our Trust-wide team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent, inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert oversight of the day-to‑day operational delivery of the finance function.
- Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts for schools and shared service departments.
- Ensure robust financial controls across procurement, banking, and accounting processes.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, including VAT and DfE submissions.
- Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and structured progression pathways.
- Have experience in full‑function accounting and audit management.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality financial services.
Qualifications
- AAT Level 4 (or equivalent).
- CIMA, ACA, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and a commitment to excellent service delivery.
