Would you like to play an important role in supporting a school where every member of the community can succeed? At Greenshaw High School, we are looking for a reliable, highly organised and enthusiastic Inclusion Coordinator to join our welcoming Inclusion team. In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide vital administrative, operational and organisational support to ensure the effective delivery of SEND provision across the school. Working closely with the SENCo, Deputy SENCo, Learning Support Assistants and external agencies, you will help create a supportive, inclusive environment where every student can achieve their very best.

About the Role

As our Inclusion Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Inclusion Management Team, ensuring statutory SEND processes are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will oversee Annual Reviews, coordinate provision for students with SEND, manage key administrative systems, and line manage the Inclusion Administrator and Learning Support Assistants.

Main duties of the role include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the Annual Review process, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and supporting communication with parents, local authorities and external agencies.
  • Managing SEND records, Provision Mapping, departmental administration and complex diary arrangements while supporting the day-to-day operation of the Inclusion department.
  • Leading and supporting the Inclusion Administrator and Learning Support Assistants, monitoring workloads and contributing to the effective deployment of resources across the school.

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • Has experience of supporting students with SEND, working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external professionals, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Is proactive, approachable and committed to improving outcomes for young people through high-quality administrative and operational support.
