As a Contracts Manager, you\’ll play a key role in bringing high-impact outdoor spaces to life – from new build housing developments to large-scale commercial schemes. Split between our Haslemere office and active sites, your day-to-day includes: * Overseeing site teams and subcontractors * Managing project timelines, budgets, and client expectations * Procuring materials and labour * Ensuring Health & Safety and environmental compliance * Supporting tendering and cost planning processes What You’ll Need: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in landscaping. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and cost control * Familiarity with JCT, NEC, and CDM forms of contract * Computer literate (Microsoft Office), with strong reporting skills * CSCS card and ideally SMSTS/SSSTS certified * Full UK driving licence Ready to take the next step?
