GreenScale is seeking a Construction Lawyer to support the full lifecycle of data centre projects—from land acquisition to operation. Reporting to General Counsel, the role will structure, negotiate and manage construction contracts and handle risk across a fast-moving programme across Europe.
You will partner with Development, Construction, Commercial and Finance teams, provide pragmatic advice at pace, and help teams make confident decisions in a high-growth environment.
