Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Fridays: 9:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirements:
- A Degree Holder or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Minimum 2 years working experience in schools

Job Scope:
- Admissions Management: Handle admissions timelines – SH (April–July), JH (Mid-April–August, December). Direct School Admission (DSA): Conceptualize the DSA process for both JH & SH, manage registration websites, maintain student databases, inform students/parents of test dates, assist with interview preparation, compile final lists, and support VP/Year Heads in responding to parent/student inquiries.
- Appeals & Enrolments: Assist with DSA/JAE appeal cases and enrolments for returning Singaporean/International students.
- Junior High Student Matters: Health & Dental: Coordinate health screening (Mar–Apr) and dental screening (Feb). NRIC & Surveys: Manage NRIC matters and Quality of School Experience (QSE) survey in July – align with student timetables and inform personal mentors. Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM): Conceptualize and coordinate JH PTMs in April, June, July. 3rd Language Updates: Liaise with the Language Centre regarding 3rd language programs. Sec 1 Posting Exercise: Manage end-Nov to December posting activities. JH1 Orientation: Coordinate January orientation programs. School Tours/Open House: Assist VP/Year Heads with website registration and school list analysis.
- Parent Support Relations: Parent-In-Action (PAACT) Support: Provide logistics for AGM, PAACT Executive Committee meetings, Principal–parent meetings, Teachers’ Day celebrations, and PAACT membership registration during JH1 Orientation. Communicate school event updates and MOE announcements to parents. PAACT Fund Management: Liaise with PAACT on printing, assignment, and distribution of donation cards, and manage parent registrations.
- Other Administrative Duties: Surveys: Conduct Learner Engagement Survey (by semester) and International Student Perception Survey. Reception Coverage: Cover reception duty from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Student Verification: Verify student information with HR agencies. Printing: Handle printing of name cards. Reception & SSC Coverage: Cover Student Services Centre (SSC) and reception as required. Development Projects: Manage signage, donor boards, and partnership boards.
- Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Event Day Support: Assist during PTMs, School Tours, and DSA registration days. Enquiries: Handle email and phone inquiries related to admissions and general student services.
