Min 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager

Strong organizational and leadership skills of at least 3-5 years of track record in managing a sales team

Knowledgeable and excellent networking

Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills

Direct the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth
Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets and maximise sales opportunities
Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
Build and maintain strong and long‑lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs
Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue
Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for business opportunities
Review sales performance and analyze performance reports
