Key Responsibilities
- Manage feedback from multiple channels (calls, emails, digital platforms) – estimated ~140 cases per officer per month
- Coordinate follow-up actions with external contractors, managing agents, Town Councils, and other government agencies
- Verify work completed as part of follow-up actions
- Conduct onsite surveillance for feedback verification and enforcement purposes
- Conduct onsite surveys
- Engage face-to-face with feedback providers, the public, and pet owners onsite
- Resolve feedback cases, including consulting supervisors and other agencies
- View and obtain CCTV footage when required
- Provide administrative support including statistical analysis, duty roster management, and general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in any field
- Good writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Patient, attentive, approachable, and customer-oriented
- Willing to work in an outdoor environment
- Team player with initiative, drive, and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work on offshore islands and across Singapore
