Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Key Roles:
- Administrative & Logistical Support: General Office: Serve as a primary point of contact, managing front desk inquiries, receiving visitors, and handling incoming calls and correspondence. Mother Tongue Centre of Excellence (COE): Provide dedicated support, including preparing instructional materials, managing language-specific resources, and assisting with programme coordination. Head of Department (HOD) Room: Offer direct clerical and organizational support to the HOD, including scheduling assistance, document preparation, and maintaining departmental records.
- Student Welfare & Sick Bay Management: Take full responsibility for the daily operation of the school sick bay. Assess and provide initial care to unwell students and staff, following established first aid protocols. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and contact logs. Ensure the sick bay is fully stocked, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Print Room & Document Services Management: Operate as the central hub for all printing, photocopying, scanning, and laminating requests. Manage workflow to prioritize and complete print jobs accurately. Perform routine maintenance on office equipment and coordinate technical support when needed. Monitor and manage inventory of paper, toner, and other printing supplies.
- Logistics & General Support: Assist with the distribution of internal mail, resources, and packages. Support school events, meetings, and departmental projects with preparation and logistics. Undertake additional administrative tasks and support duties as assigned by supervisors.
