Job Description
- Min 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with at least 3-5 years of track record in managing a sales team
- Knowledgeable and excellent networking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets and maximise sales opportunities
- Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
- Build and maintain strong and long‐lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs
- Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue
- Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
- Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
- Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for business opportunities
- Review sales performance and analyze performance reports
