Key Responsibilities
- ICT Curriculum & Classroom Support β Support a 6-year ICT curriculum, assist teachers during ICT-integrated lessons, and provide in-class technical support.
- Device & Inventory Management β Manage loan tracking of student computing devices, perform stock taking and inventory updates during term breaks.
- School Systems Management β Oversee school website, public messaging system, room booking/service request system, and administration of the school's Print+ service.
- Multimedia & AV Support β Operate AV equipment for school events, provide photography/videography support, and design posters/banners as required.
- Multimedia Software Proficiency β Use Final Cut Pro for video editing and other multimedia tools for resource creation.
- Parent & Student Support β Assist students/parents with MOE ICT systems.
- Event Support β Oversee e-learning events and provide technical support for school functions (e.g., Meet-The-Parents Sessions).
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of ICT-related working experience in a school environment.
- Proficient in: Social media administration (Instagram, Facebook), MS Office, Multimedia software and Final Cut Pro (video editing).
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, task-oriented, organised, able to multi-task, and proactive.
- A warm, friendly, and team-oriented individual who enjoys working with students, teachers, and parents in a school setting.
