The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break. Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays.
Scope of Services:
- Planning: Assist in school-initiated projects and provide project updates to the HOD/ICT, and prepare relevant documentation and guidelines. Assist school in the implementation of ICT programmes and ensure MOE policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to. Assist the HOD/ICT and ICT Manager in ICT Inventory and asset management. Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT support personnel (Desktop Engineers and vendors). Assist in planning for a structured ICT training programme for all staff and students. Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT-related programmes or activities.
- Administrative: Assist in design, maintenance and upkeep of the school website. Design posters and collaterals for the school. Handle photography and videography needs, including pre- and post-production (AI-related work will be advantageous). Compile students' ICT works and projects for showcase and archival. Conduct timely online surveys to evaluate effectiveness of ICT courses and resources. Assist the e-Supervisor in physical setup for e-Oral and e-Listening Comprehension examinations. Provide Audio Visual (AV) support for school events and daily activities.
- Support in Teaching and Learning: Assist the HOD/ICT and teachers in the integration of ICT tools in teaching and learning. Assist in driving an e-learning ICT culture to expand teaching and learning. Assist in implementation of e-learning activities.
- Management of Resources: Assist in managing the school's ICT resources, including replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and loaning of ICT equipment. Assist in managing and optimising the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.
- Training: Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students. Train students to be familiar with ICT tools and e-learning platforms. Assist ICT manager during training for teachers on the use of ICT and AV equipment. Review all training programmes for both students and teachers and make necessary improvements. Plan, assist and conduct ICT-related activities during CCA training as needed. Train and prepare students for ICT-related competitions (e.g., National Robotics Competition).
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
- The personnel shall minimally possess the following:
- Minimum diploma, preferably in Multimedia, Design, Computer Studies, or Information Technology related fields.
- At least 12 months of relevant work experience, preferably in a primary school environment.
- Proficient in Office Suite (Microsoft 365 Suite & Google Office Suite including Google Classroom).
- Proficient in Adobe Media editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and AI-related software.
- Proficient in Apple Media editing software such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, GarageBand, Logic Pro, Motion, and AI-related software.
- Proficient in Design Media software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI-related software.
