Job Summary
Manage and control safety documentation to ensure compliance with MOM WSH requirements and company procedures, supporting internal and external safety audits and coordinating with project teams and auditors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and control all safety-related documents including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), inspection reports, and audit records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Implement proper document filing, numbering, and version control to maintain document integrity and traceability.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external safety audits, including ConSASS audits, to support compliance verification.
- Track audit findings, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower Singapore (MOM) Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures.
- Maintain records of permits, licenses, and safety certifications to support regulatory compliance.
- Distribute updated safety documents to site teams, ensuring the use of the latest revisions for operational safety.
- Coordinate with safety officers, project teams, and auditors to facilitate effective communication and audit readiness.
- Maintain document registers and generate basic reports to monitor document status and audit progress.
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex or SharePoint.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2–3 years relevant experience in construction or document control.
- Familiarity with safety management systems and standards such as ConSASS and ISO 45001.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
