The Building Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operational efficiency of the assigned property. This role ensures that the building is safe, compliant with statutory requirements, well-maintained, and provides a high standard of service to tenants, occupants, and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must be at least a diploma holder from a polytechnic.
- Must have passed the certified strata manager course set up by a government-approved regulatory agency.
- Conversant with BMSMA Act.
- Have good presentation skills in handling tenant and SP complaints.
- Estate Manager together with team manager must attend monthly Council Meeting.
Requirements:
- Have at least 5 years relevant working experience in the building industry.
- With at least one year experience in managing industrial properties.
- Good communication skills and team player.
Working Hours:
- 9 AM to 5:30 PM Mondays to Fridays
- Saturday 9 AM to 12:30 PM
- Alternate Saturday off
- No work on Sunday and Public Holidays
- Weekly 5.5 days work
