As an Area Store Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the overall management and success of your allocated retail estate. This is a field-based role where you\βll manage your own workload and prioritise tasks to meet KPIs and objectives. While most of your time will be spent in stores, occasional travel to our Head Office in Kirkcaldy will be required. You will be instrumental in supporting your stores, ensuring company policies are followed, and providing expert guidance across various areas of convenience retail. Most importantly, you will be responsible for driving team morale, innovation, and creativity within your stores.
- Lead and develop strong management teams and, in turn, exceptional store teams.
- Cultivate an outstanding working environment.
- Ensure all business KPIs are consistently met.
- Collaborate with store managers to build strong links with local communities and host engaging events.
- Oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of stores, ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered.
- Manage colleague recruitment, mentoring, training, and identify progression opportunities.
- Ensure clean, swift, and efficient operations, complying with all health & safety and other procedures.

What You will Bring
- Area / Multi-Store Management Experience (Essential)
- Retail/Convenience Experience (Essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Located within Aberdeenshire (Essential)
- Food Retail Experience (Preferred)
- A strong willingness to deliver outstanding results.

This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings
and weekends as needed). We offer a flexible working approach to accommodate objectives
- Competitive Weekly Salary: Β£42,000.00 β Β£44,000.00 per year, plus a bonus scheme.
- Company Car or Car Allowance (as preferred).

- Refer a friend bonus.
- Additional leave and increasing annual holiday pay with length of service (from 5.6 weeks up to 7 weeks).
