This is a varied and hands-on role combining sales, event planning and on-the-day event delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for client and supplier enquiries
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare quotes and create tailored event proposals
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Head Chef to deliver bespoke events
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth event planning
- Manage and coordinate in-house event staff
- Organise equipment and event logistics
- Host client tastings
- Assist with event set-up and work on-site at events
- Provide general office-based administrative support
- A genuine interest in food and drink
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple events at once
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Enthusiasm to support business growth
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
