The Mission
We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Sales Hunter (Individual Contributor) to lead our next growth phase in EMEA. While our HQ is in Birmingham, this is a UK home-based role requiring frequent domestic travel and international trips across EMEA (typically every few weeks) to engage strategic clients and open new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Lead enterprise sales efforts and net-new logo acquisition across the EMEA region.
- Full Cycle Ownership: Independently manage the entire sales process—from outbound prospecting and lead generation to product demos, trials, and closing.
- Strategic GTM: Establish segmented go-to-market strategies for Commercial Fleets and Bus & Coach sectors.
- Executive Engagement: Build senior-level relationships (C-Suite) and navigate complex procurement processes.
- Collaboration: Align with global Marketing, Product, and Ops teams to ensure seamless deal execution and accurate forecasting.
Requirements & Ideal Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales (IoT, Telematics, or Fleet space is a major advantage).
- The "Hunter" DNA: Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to create and execute territory growth plans from scratch.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
