Salary Range: £40‑50k p.a. dependent on experience + share options scheme.

Greenpixie is looking for a Business Development Representative to support our growing sales function and help build outbound pipeline. This is a top‑of‑funnel role suited to someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, learning a technical product, and working towards clear targets. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and build momentum across our pipeline. We are a scaling company operating at the forefront of cloud sustainability. As the business grows, this role offers room to take on more responsibility and ownership for strong performers.
What you will be doing:
- Outbound prospecting
- Researching target accounts and personas.
- Running outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calling.
- Managing follow‑ups and booking qualified meetings.
Lead qualification and handover:
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads at an early stage.
- Capturing clear notes and context in Salesforce.
- Supporting clean pipeline tracking and handover.
Learning the product and market:
- Building a strong understanding of Greenpixie’s product and value proposition.
- Learning how enterprise customers think about cloud, cost, and sustainability.
- Developing core sales skills including messaging, qualification, and objection handling.
What we are looking for:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a BDR or SDR role, or a strong early‑career candidate with relevant exposure.
- Comfortable with outbound activity and working towards targets.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, curious, and motivated to learn.
- Interest in technology, cloud, or B2B SaaS.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sequencing tools.
- Exposure to SaaS or enterprise technology sales.
- Interest in sustainability or climate-focused technology.
