Greenpeace UK is looking for a Senior HR Adviser to join our People & Culture team in Islington, London, working hybrid with at least 40% office presence. The role combines hands-on HR practice with strategic input across the employee lifecycle, from ER to recruitment and staff welfare.
You’ll support international staff in coordination with Greenpeace International, develop policies, drive inclusive recruitment, and use our HRIS (Cezanne) for data-led decisions.
