About Greenpark

Greenpark is a global, award‑winning digital agency specialising in omnichannel search and social. Our raison d’etre is to create amazing content that people and algorithms love. Through data‑led and performance‑driven search and social content, we help brands create meaningful connections that impact people's lives. Our unique expertise in Omnichannel Search & Insights, Creative Content and Performance Tech are delivered to our clients via an ad agency and in‑house models.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist — someone who can take data‑driven insights and turn them into impactful digital activity that drives stellar engagement. You’ll shape strategies for our luxury clients that influence consumer perception and drive business performance, working across owned, earned, and paid channels—from Meta and Google to influencers, partnerships, and emerging platforms. You’ll collaborate with Social, Content, Digital PR, Influencer, and performance specialists to ensure every campaign lands with purpose and precision.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s category in digital channels through our suite of analysis and reporting tools, as well as your own proactive research to keep up to date with industry trends.
  • Together with your social‑first understanding of popular culture, develop strategies that are data‑backed and can scale category conversation and perception, balancing compelling storytelling, engagement and performance.
  • Define and shape performance KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with our social, DPR, influencer and paid teams to leverage their expertise and ensure our activities are tightly integrated.
  • Next to a strong data‑led foundation of activities, be able to think outside the box and generate ideas, individually or with others, that can drive cut‑through for the category.
  • Client‑facing – able to act as a partner and sounding board to the client’s strategic needs, presenting strategy clearly back to them, building trust, and shaping long‑term digital direction in partnership with the CSO & client service team.

About you

  • 7 years digital strategy experience agency‑side.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity & critical thinking skills.
  • Experience using audience & social reporting tools.
  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize into sharp insights.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Energy, curiosity, and collaboration – working seamlessly with all departments as needed.
  • Openness to explore use of AI tools/agents to increase efficiency and add value.
  • You live & breathe Greenpark’s core values – ‘We Strive’, ‘Acting Together’, ‘With Kindness’ – championing openness, respect, innovation, and teamwork so that every interaction, both internally and externally, reflects our commitment to our values.

How we’ll support you

  • 25 days of holidays per year + UK bank holidays and your birthday off.
  • Christmas closure – (extra days on top of your holiday allowance).
  • A monthly entertainment subscription paid by the company (e.g. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Spotify, etc).
  • Private pension and private healthcare insurance.
  • Access to VDU eye tests and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Participation in wellness and peer recognition initiatives (e.g. OnTheSpot Awards and Value Champion Awards).
  • LinkedIn Learning – access to a leading online learning platform, which offers a wide variety of courses including business, creative and technical skills.
  • Social events – join us for our major annual social events: Spring, Summer, Halloween and Christmas parties, plus many other ad‑hoc events.
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity leave allowances.
  • WFA policy – work from abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.
  • Yearly Calm subscription.
