The Role:
Our Customer Experience team is expanding, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers. As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for our customers, supporting them with:
- Product quotes and orders
- Delivery and account queries
- Phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat support
- Coordinating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
If you love variety, teamwork, and making a real difference to customers, you'll feel right at home here.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum1 year experience in a fast-paced office environment
- High level of accuracy
- Confident with basic computer systems
- Proactive, positive, and a great communicator
- A team player who enjoys building relationships
Nice to have
- Experience of working towards KPI’s
- CRM system experience
