As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Internal Sales Executive to join our team and help keep our sales operation running smoothly.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll spend much of your time speaking with customers, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and helping them get the most from Greenmill's products and services.
- What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
- Re‑engage lapsed accounts and help bring them back to Greenmill.
- Follow up sales enquiries and leads promptly.
- Proactively contact customers to identify opportunities and grow sales.
- Recommend products and solutions that add value for customers.
- Work closely with our external sales team and internal departments.
- Keep customer information and activity records up to date.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
- What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a sales, account management or customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone.
- A proactive approach and strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to build rapport and develop long‑term customer relationships.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a desire to achieve results.
