Greenmile Networks is a London logistics company operating from our Southwark hub. We provide same-day courier services using a zero-emission e-cargo fleet, national parcel and freight distribution through 40+ carrier partners, and international shipping. Our clients include e-commerce brands, professional services firms, healthcare providers, creative agencies, and green tech companies.

You will be responsible for finding and winning new business across London and the South East. The full sales cycle sits with you: identifying prospects, getting meetings, understanding requirements, putting proposals together, and closing deals.

Day to day, that looks like:

  • Prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and face-to-face meetings
  • Running discovery meetings to understand what prospects need and how we can help
  • Building and presenting commercial proposals
  • Negotiating terms and closing contracts
  • Keeping your pipeline up to date in HubSpot
  • Looking after new clients through onboarding so they stay and grow
  • Attending industry events and building a network that generates opportunities over time
  • Working with the founder to develop the sales process as we learn what works

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3+ years in a B2B sales role where you were responsible for generating your own pipeline. Logistics, courier, freight, or distribution experience is ideal but not essential if you've sold well elsewhere
  • A track record you can back up with numbers. Revenue figures, deal sizes, conversion rates, anything concrete
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting. Phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Able to hold a proper commercial conversation with an operations director or a finance lead
  • Organised enough to manage your own diary, follow-ups, and pipeline without being chased
  • Straightforward about what you want: to earn well and to have a role where your results directly determine your income

Compensation:

  • £35,000 - £40,000 base depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission paid monthly on the revenue you generate
  • No threshold before you start earning. You’re paid from your first deal
  • Realistic OTE of £60,000+ in year one, rising to £80,000+ in year two and £100,000+ in year three as your book builds

The Opportunity:

You’d be the first dedicated salesperson in the business. That means direct access to the founder, real input into how the company grows, and no politics or layers of management between you and decisions getting made. The clients you win and the processes you build will set the standard for anyone who comes after you. If the role goes well, you’d be the natural person to lead the sales function as we expand.

What You'd Be Selling:

Zero-emission last-mile delivery that helps clients meet their sustainability commitments, backed by a national carrier network that gives you capability most local couriers can't offer. You’ll be selling into a market where speed, reliability, sustainability, and cost control all matter, which gives you multiple commercial angles to open conversations.

Practical Details:

  • Based at our Southwark hub with flexibility to work across London and the South East
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Start date: June 2026
