Job Summary
Join Greenmark Construction as a Site Inspector to conduct field inspections of construction sites across Singapore, ensuring compliance with earth control measures, drainage requirements, and protection of raw watermains to support environmental and infrastructure safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled inspections of construction sites to verify compliance with earth control measures (ECM) and drainage requirements.
- Identify and report obstructions or interference affecting public drains within and near construction sites.
- Trace and investigate sources of silty discharge or ponding incidents for assigned feedback cases.
- Inspect nearby construction sites for ECM and drainage non-compliance as needed.
- Verify compliance with protection requirements for raw watermains during scheduled site inspections.
- Use smartphone apps and devices to document and report inspection findings accurately.
- Travel independently between multiple construction sites across Singapore using own transport.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Board.
- Experience in construction, civil engineering, drainage works, or site inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret drainage plans and construction drawings.
- Proficient in the use of smartphone apps and devices for field reporting.
- Own transport and able to travel between multiple sites (travel across multiple sites required).
