To provide professional site engineering services, ensuring the project is executed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and the approved schedule.
Report directly to the Project Manager. Interpret and review construction drawings, blueprints, schematics, and layouts to provide clear guidance to the site team. Supervise site surveying and setting‑out activities to ensure accurate positioning of equipment and structures in accordance with the approved master layout. Perform routine inspections of ongoing works to verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Support the planning and sequencing of construction activities, including the effective allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials. Coordinate closely with subcontractors to ensure smooth handovers between construction phases, including structural, electrical, and plumbing works. Participate actively in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to promote a safe working environment. Identify and report unsafe conditions, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Provide regular reports on construction progress, risks, and technical challenges, and promptly elevate critical issues to management. Assist in preparing as‑built drawings, testing and commissioning documentation, punch lists, and project close‑out records.
