The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, installation.
Functions as the Site EHS Assessor in the verification of the hazardous works.
Conduct EHS induction course for new employees and contractors.
Ensure that Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure are briefed to workers and sub-contractors.
Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
Preparation of monthly WSH reports, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System and applicable legal requirements.
Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists.
Participate and facilitate in Internal/External audits.
Investigate and report WSH incidents and near misses.
Conduct WSH and other related training.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.
Requirements:
- Possess WSQ advance certificate in WSH or Advance workplace safety and Health Certificate.
- WAH assessor certificate.
- Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2).
- Process Plant Certificate.
- Responsible and with a good attitude.
- A team player and ability to work independently.
- Preferably has a minimum of Five (5) years of WSH working experience in construction.
- Class 3 Qualified Driving License.
- Must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government.
