Job Summary: As a Security Engineer at Greenmark Construction, you will lead and execute preventive maintenance and physical security operations to ensure system integrity and safety across facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual preventive maintenance on IDS, turnstiles, emergency exits, access controllers, CCTV systems, NVRs, and ACS servers, documenting all activities in the CMMS and ensuring regular system backups.
  • Administer employee access control by issuing, replacing, and configuring badges/cards and managing access rights and profiles.
  • Manage secure storage and movement of precious metals by controlling cages, motion sensors, keys, trolleys, and monitoring associated CCTV and reclaim systems.
  • Evaluate and implement requests for CCTV, ACS, and turnstile installations or modifications related to facilities, modules, and production areas.
  • Oversee daily physical security operations, including executing DOTL and monitoring cameras, barriers, turnstiles, parking systems, PoE switches, and NVRs.
  • Operate and support FIDS by responding to alarms/incidents, performing initial troubleshooting, and coordinating maintenance with internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred competencies and qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Automation, Computer Science, or Electronics.
  • Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in security equipment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, adapt to changes, and perform well under pressure.
