Location: Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead safety programs such as Gemba site walks, follow up on action items, and attend Safety Committee meetings.
  • Investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct monthly inspections with the cleaning company to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with KPIs, including pest control and landscaping.
  • Initiate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for building and life safety systems.
  • Address and resolve customer feedback related to building safety and maintenance (CMMS) for all sites, including AMK sites.
  • Supervise building office Alteration & Addition (A&A) works to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
  • Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors to carry out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works, including lifts, dumbwaiters, and fire protection systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Validate and prepare e-gate passes for waste disposal and collection (General Waste, Metal, and Scrap Materials).
  • Oversee all matters relating to building facility maintenance, including lifts, site and office maintenance, electrical systems, security systems (CCTV and card access), and ACMV systems.
  • Be on 24/7 standby for fault response and maintenance activation.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in building, mechanical, and electrical system maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of Singapore regulatory and compliance requirements (BCA, SCDF, NEA, WSH), with familiarity with the Fire Code.
  • Strong team player with excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of Work-at-Height certification and CERT certification is an added advantage.
