The Greenmantle in Edinburgh (West Crosscauseway) is currently advertising for a Supervisor/Cook. Known as a popular student rum and burger spot near the University of Edinburgh, the pub is part of the Wild Inns Hospitality Group.
The Role
- Working alongside the pub manager and owners overseeing day to day operations
- Managing staff, opening and closing
- Cooking, placing orders, and ensuring best standards
- Knowledge of cocktails and cellar skills are a bonus
- Candidates are expected to handle high-volume service
- Maintain food hygiene standards
- Work to continually better the workplace, business and maximise opportunities
