- Deliver strong pitches and adapt your message based on prospect needs
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks
- Maintain a clean CRM and follow your KPIs with ownership

- Contribute to internal projects to improve scripts, processes, and tools
You will drive:
- A predictable outbound engine for your region

- Insight loops between prospects, product, and sales
- Continuous improvement: testing outreach angles, messaging, Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs), and tools
What success looks like in your first year:
- You consistently hit or exceed your targets
- You become a top performer on outbound meetings booked
- You contribute to at least one playbook/process improvement
- You are creative and show a real hunter mentality
- You own your successes and mistakes
