- 1-3 years of concrete Sales experience in a full-time position with outbound calling, understanding the fundamentals of prospecting & qualification.
- Strong interest in ESG/climate transition and a desire to learn fast about our sector.

- Excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and the ability to rephrase needs clearly.
- Structured, organised, and rigorous in managing time and pipeline.
- A true team player, motivated by collective success before individual wins.
- Quick learner, welcoming feedback, enjoying being challenged and challenging others.
- Fully fluent in English and ideally also fluent in German or Dutch.
- (Desirable) Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC ...).
- (Desirable) Experience in SaaS, climate, or tech environment.

- Join Greenly’s Sales Team, a fast-moving group of 60+ SDRs, Account Executives, and Account Managers across France, UK, US, and Europe.
- Work towards the mission of helping thousands of companies understand, reduce, and follow their climate impact.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Partnerships, Delivery Operations, and Marketing to build a seamless and predictable pipeline.
- Be at the heart of Greenly’s growth as the first touchpoint for prospects and ambassadors of our climate mission.
- Identify high-potential companies, engage decision-makers, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities for the Account Executives.
- This is a hands-on commercial role with a big impact on company revenue and great career growth opportunities!
In your first months, you will:
- Identify & map ideal prospects within the international market.
- Master outreach across all channels: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events.
- Deliver strong pitches and adapt your message based on prospect needs.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks.
- Maintain a clean CRM and follow your KPIs with ownership.
- Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy.
- Contribute to internal projects to improve scripts, processes, and tools.
You will drive:
- A predictable outbound engine for your region.
- High-quality handovers to AEs.
- Insight loops between prospects, product, and sales.
- Continuous improvement: testing outreach angles, messaging, Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs), and tools.
