Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role, based in the City of Bristol with flexibility for part-time remote work, for a Roofing Tutor. The Roofing Tutor will develop and deliver high-quality training programs to learners, ensuring they acquire the knowledge and practical skills required for roofing tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Creating course materials tailored to industry standards.
- Conducting theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Assessing learner progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to trainees to support their professional development and industry readiness.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in roofing techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in designing training programs, delivering structured courses, and assessing learner performance.
