We work closely with industry partners to ensure learners achieve their full potential and successfully complete their apprenticeships.

Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners, including those who are young and vulnerable, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Greenlight Training Ltd has a clear safer recruitment and safeguarding policy and will make the appropriate DBS checks and seek to acquire at least two references prior to any offer of employment. All applicants must complete an application form provided, if invited to, regardless of how they applied.

The Role:

The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and enhancing the SEND provision at Greenlight Training Ltd. The SENDCo will coordinate support for learners with SEND, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and the effective implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), assessments, and personalised support plans.

Working closely with learners, tutors, parents, employers, and external agencies, the SENDCo will ensure that all learners can flourish and fulfil their potential. They will guide and coach tutors to deliver inclusive teaching, monitor progress towards SEND targets, and embed a culture of high expectations and inclusive practice across curriculum areas.
