Apprentices attend Greenlight Training for four days a month, where they develop essential skills and industry understanding. The remainder of the month is spent on site, gaining experience in a professional environment.

What You'll Do
- Assisting with general repairs and maintenance across the site or building
- Checking and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and equipment
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients on site
- Learning to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and stored safely
