Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to fill an opening with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company and to work in a technically exciting environment supporting internal and external customers nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Conducting surveys and supporting the survey process for long-term care facilities.
- Applying CMS requirements.
- Working independently and with teams to manage survey tasks and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Setting priorities, discussing conflicts openly, seeking assistance when needed, and travelling as required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training completed and Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) passed.
- At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor accrediting or certifying long-term care facilities.
- Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
- Demonstrated history of independent decision-making to direct and manage the survey process.
- Ability to set priorities independently and collaboratively in performing survey tasks.
- Ability to discuss conflicts openly and seek assistance to resolve issues.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.

- Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 per year.
