At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today.

It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it.

Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world.

And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

The Work

We’re hiring a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager to grow the ecosystem building on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and accelerate real‑world adoption of Ripple’s crypto solutions.

Your primary focus is growing the community of startups and founders building on XRPL.

VCs, accelerators, and corporates are the channels and partners you work through to find and support that ecosystem.

This is a strategic, hands‑on role at the center of our top theses and core product pillars: cross‑border payments, stablecoins, and FX; lending, yield, and credit; AI and agentic payments; and institutional use cases spanning capital markets and collateral mobility.

This is not a traditional business development or venture role.

You’ll define ecosystem strategy, influence product direction, architect partnerships, and create market adoption across these value chains.

You’ll be the first call for founders building on XRPL, and for the strategic partners who shape where the market goes: VCs, top accelerators, and market participants.

You’ll do it with real autonomy and the backing of a global team.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Source and build a high-quality pipeline through warm, vetted channels across VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners
  • Own a portfolio of tier‑one relationships (VCs and LPs, corporates, accelerators, and key conferences) that keeps XRPL top of mind, drives introductions across founders, investors, and partners, and shapes the direction of the market
  • Map end‑to‑end value chains across our focus pillars to pinpoint the participants, dependencies, and gaps that accelerate real‑world adoption
  • Connect the dots across the ecosystem, making introductions between founders, investors, and partners that unlock growth
  • Structure and close deals
  • Own deals end to end, from first conversation to a signed grant, partnership, or investment, originating, evaluating, structuring, and closing the opportunities that compound Ripple’s network position
  • Design deal terms and milestones that align incentives and drive adoption, deploying capital where it accelerates Ripple’s growth
  • Quarterback each deal to signature, then hand off smoothly into delivery and stay connected to help partners reach go‑live
  • Shape strategy and the market
  • Sharpen Ripple’s value proposition and market signal, making the path into the XRPL and Ripple ecosystems clear and easy to work with across channels
  • Turn market signals, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments into sharp, recommendation‑forward narratives that influence founders, partners, and Ripple X leadership
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, Dev Rel, and Go‑to‑Market to qualify opportunities, sharpen strategic priorities, and influence the product roadmap
  • Pressure‑test growth strategies and make clear trade‑off calls across competing priorities
  • What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital across enterprise fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury technology
  • A track record of building commercial opportunities from ambiguous, zero‑to‑one starting points without an existing playbook
  • A strong, active network across fintech, payments, and crypto, with genuine relationships at the operator, founder, and fund level, the kind of person who gets the call before a deal is public
  • A sophisticated understanding of both blockchain and traditional financial services, and a genuine passion for crypto
  • Meticulous, methodical, creative, and thorough in your analysis and problem‑solving
  • A clear, direct communicator who can influence senior executives internally and externally
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with autonomy and accountability
  • Based in New York, Miami, London, or São Paulo, or willing to relocate
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Direct experience in one or more of our focus pillars: cross‑border payments, stablecoins, FX, lending and credit, or agentic payments
  • Familiarity with the XRP Ledger and RLUSD
  • Experience in EMEA; fluency in a European market or language a plus
  • Existing relationships with tier‑one VCs, accelerators, or market makers in fintech or crypto
