Greenleaf House in Hawick is seeking a Residential Childcare Practitioner to support children and young people who have experienced trauma. You will work a 2-on, 3-off rota with 14-hour shifts and 10-hour sleepovers, totaling about 11–12 shifts per month, providing day-to-day care, guidance and emotional support to help young people feel safe and build skills.
You’ll contribute to education, activities and family contact, while maintaining professional boundaries.
