Manage periodic financial and management accounts preparation for subsidiary. Ensure accurate month-end accounting provisions, reconciliations, and FOREX valuations. Monitor sales forecasts, cost controls, and gross profit margins. Oversee invoicing, billing accuracy, and timely collection of receivables. Ensure all balance sheet items, including cash and bank balances, are reconciled with supporting schedules. Liaise with HQ finance teams on all accounting, tax, and compliance matters. Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports for submission to Global HQ. Oversee audit and consolidation of subsidiary’s accounts in coordination with internal and external auditors. Review and approve corporate expenses, employee claims, and vendor payments. Negotiate commercial contracts with suppliers, customers, and service providers to optimize terms and minimize risk. Improve accounting and documentation procedures to ensure compliance with the statutory and corporate requirements. Perform any ad hoc financial and operational duties assigned by management. Manage order placement with factories, ensuring accuracy in quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules. Education
