A leading London-based real estate consultancy is currently on the lookout for an Associate Director with 5+ years’ industry experience to join their ESG & Sustainability team. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running and lead a team successfully, displaying passion for sustainability in real estate.
You must have extensive technical knowledge within the property sector and have experience managing a team to reach Sustainability & ESG targets, which involves ESG governance, communication, and integration in transactions. Communication with existing clients and investors while building new relationships to develop new business opportunities will be expected. Ideally, you’d have experience working with a commercial mindset on project strategies, development, and delivery.
