The Opportunity
As a Senior Energy Modeller, you'll play a key role in delivering building performance analysis and energy modelling services across a wide variety of projects. Working alongside sustainability consultants, engineers and design teams, you'll help influence building design from the earliest stages and support the delivery of high‑performing, low‑carbon developments. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver energy modelling and building performance analysis for a variety of development projects.
- Develop dynamic simulation models to support design decision‑making and sustainability objectives.
- Undertake overheating assessments and thermal comfort analysis.
- Support compliance modelling and regulatory assessments.
- Provide advice on energy efficiency, low‑carbon design and building optimisation strategies.

About You
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within energy modelling, building performance, sustainability consultancy or building services engineering. You may currently be working as an Energy Modeller, Building Performance Consultant, Sustainability Consultant or Building Physics Engineer and be looking to join a consultancy with an excellent reputation and strong project pipeline. Ideally, you'll have experience in some of the following areas:
- Building performance and energy modelling using IES VE.
- Dynamic thermal modelling and simulation.
- Overheating and thermal comfort assessments.
- Building fabric performance and heat loss analysis.
