The Role Responsibilities include:
Preparing planning applications and providing planning advice
Contributing to masterplans, development frameworks, and EIAs
Supporting projects across sectors including heritage, residential, healthcare, education, mixed-use, and public sector developments
Managing small to medium-sized projects and supporting junior team members
Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong technical planning knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders
Strong organisational and project management skills
