Responsibilities
- Allocating resources to projects and responding to changing circumstances such as project changes and absence to ensure continued project delivery.
- Making sure our ecologists have the right equipment in the field.
- Monitoring the maintenance programme for equipment across all offices – making the best use of our kit and making sure it’s in the right place when we need to use it.
Requirements
- You will be a confident and forward-thinking individual with the ability to multitask whilst staying calm under pressure.
- You will have experience of working either in a planning & logistics environment, or, in an ecology consultancy.
- You will be able to demonstrate either planning expertise or knowledge of ecological surveys.
- You will be able to offer strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to build trust and confidence, and with the ability to resolve conflict with an outcome-focused working style.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Able to prioritise in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
